I hired this firm in 2020 to represent me with a case with the nursing board in WV. I was positive for THC. I hired Phillip Childs and was told to just sit back and let him do the work. A year went by without any correspondence with the office. I called and emailed many, many times with no response. I got very upset and voiced my complaints via email and phone only to be connected to Troy Giatras, who yelled at me and was very rude. My case had been switched from Philllip to Troy, and I was never told. He was so rude, he had me crying. He was against me from the start! Almost 4 years later of getting no results, minimal communication, rudeness, wasting time and money, and being ignored, I fired him and am handling the case myself. If you want to waste your time and money, this office is the best! I was lied to! Don't waste your time. They don't return messages or phone calls. The attorney and woman who is playing paralegal had always, "just stepped off of the floor" every time I called. They are rude! Very disorganized! Very confused! They don't care about your case if it's not worth big money. Don't waste your time!
