Godsey Law Firm has been awesome to my family and I! Jeanne Thompson handle my case and I never had to question anything. She always made sure I was informed and understood what was going on in my case. This has been a very stressful time for my family and I’m very grateful to have someone like Jeanne and Godsey Law Firm to be in my corner.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received from T Nguyen. She handled my auto case with professionalism, patience, and genuine care from start to finish. Communication was always clear and timely—I never felt left in the dark about what was happening. Her expertise made a stressful situation so much easier, and she fought hard to make sure I got the best possible outcome. If you ever need someone who truly knows auto law and puts their clients first, I highly recommend T Nguyen. Five stars all the way!

During our conversation on March 4, 2026, Josie Monconduit I was explicitly assured that this matter would be resolved before March 18, 2026. However, I have since received conflicting information indicating a new estimated resolution time frame of an additional two to four more weeks. While I acknowledge the communications shared from both your team and QianaPendleton, it has become apparent that a clear and actionable pathway towards a definitive resolution remains elusive. Because I have nothing good to say about Godsey Law Firm I really wish I could talk to the Owner himself

They took my Case two years ago. I still have not received any money then they tell me oh we’re going to take more since we have to go to court even though I had their guy on the phone from the time I got hit did everything he told me to do police report, which stated it was not my fault witness statement, which stated it was not my fault my case has been dragging all for two years. I’ve asked to speak to David multiple times, and I asked to speak to my attorney, which I have never met. I have never ever spoken to all I get causes from case managers. I do not recommend this law firm

I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Lack of communication, being lied to, being in the dark about what is going on sends fumes through me. These are things that I have voiced and still nothing has changed. I am literally boiling inside. One thing I don’t believe in doing is unnecessary stuff. I will add the FULL details on THAT at a later time. Trying to get help with funding and your case manager just responds with denied to the company without even sending the documents or doesn’t respond to requests for documentation. The company didn’t deny me, SHE took it upon herself to respond with “denied”. And this is AFTER she tells you to have them send the request to her email. I shouldn’t have to use a certain company just because “we work with them”. That’s not your choice. It’s not your money. I’m so upset with this whole thing. If the lies will stop and communication enhances, I’ll update. I’m not holding my breath though. It’s sooooo much more that has been said and encouraged that doesn’t sit right with me because I have a conscience. I truly believe that what’s done in the dark will come to light. Right is right. Wrong is wrong, no matter who you are. Let the chips fall where they may. I don’t care at this point. It is what it is. 10/23 New case manager ~Very attentive and straightforward!! I like that!! I appreciate it. 3/6/2026 I’ve had 3 different negotiators. The first one , I never got a chance to speak with before I was switched to the second one. She started off responsive, ended with lack of communication (THE ONLY CONSISTENCY IS CONSISTENT LACK OF COMMUNICATION),dismissive attitude,follow up dates (I was told that she would reach out by 2/11. She did not, I had to call her) given with no follow up unless I reached out. In the past 2 weeks, I’ve been switched to another negotiator due to that one moving on to new endeavors. I did not know this until I called (2/27) and tried to speak with the lady that had been assigned to me. I last communicated with her on 2/20(because I reached out of course). I am now assigned to a new person. We spoke, they seemed okay. Then BAM!!! There goes that inconsistency showing up again. This is BEYOND frustrating. Some lessons you don’t have to learn for yourself. Others have and in turn are willing to share with the class. Still wouldn’t recommend. Not even to my enemies.

My personal experience currently going through it is HORRIBLE.

When I initially retained the services of the Godsey Law Firm in September, the level of professionalism and communication I experienced was exemplary. At that time, our case representative was Amanda, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The staff was consistently courteous, responsive, and transparent in their communication. They ensured that no details were overlooked and kept us thoroughly informed throughout the process. I genuinely appreciated the professionalism displayed while navigating medical treatment and other aspects related to the case. I am certainly aware this law firm has thousands of clients, I feel I've been more than patient. However, as we have progressed into March, my experience has changed significantly. My case is now being handled by another case manager and unfortunately, communication has become virtually nonexistent. Since September, I believe I have only spoken with her once, and that was on Valentine's Day of this year. Aside from that single interaction, I have been unable to reach her or receive any meaningful updates regarding the status of my case. Each time I call the office, the receptionist attempts to assist but is unable to reach anyone associated with my case. I have even requested to speak directly with the attorneys involved, yet those attempts have also been unsuccessful. The receptionist has repeatedly informed me that my number would be marked as an emergency contact and that someone would return my call within three hours. Unfortunately, those promised callbacks have never occurred. For context, my husband and I were involved in a car accident in September. He has already received his settlement, while I, the driver involved in the incident, remain completely uninformed about the progress of my own case. Every time I call seeking clarification or simply an update, I am met with silence and unreturned calls. This level of disregard for client communication is deeply frustrating and, frankly, highly unprofessional. The firm began this process with remarkable service and attentiveness, but the current lack of responsiveness reflects a drastic decline in the quality of client care. At this point, it seems my only remaining option is to leave a public review in hopes that someone within the firm will finally address my concerns and provide clarity regarding the status of my case. It is unfortunate that such measures even feel necessary simply to obtain basic communication about a legal matter that directly affects me.
