Not sure how they got all them stars, just called to see if they could help me or point me to the right direction after my heart attack. And pretty much just informed me that I would get turned down and going to take about 2 years or more. Okay that's understandable but at least say het we can do this or that or at least a plan.... Don't think they deserve the 5 stars honestly
