Zach was absolutely amazing and idk how much he is paid but I’d appreciate if on my case he could get some extra chips$. He not only made me happy and made your company money but he is a prize of a person and a valuable asset. Very nice. Responsive. And I absolutely couldn’t be happier. He was polite communication was great. I absolutely wish I would have had him previous instead of d-pasqaulenmoore. His work ethic and communication and dedication went far beyond what I expected. And that truly means a lot to me. And it should to this company. Anyone reading my comment from a customer perspective; let your worries be rest assured you are absolutely in good hands. This is an amazing Law Firm! They get the job done! The communication is over the top. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on they kept me updated on every step they were taking! Not sure what’s going on with this firm. I’m kinda irritated with myself that I didn’t look around more. Communication throughout my case has been.. very saddening. Leave a message for my attorney and then never hear back… I went through something traumatic and they did not support me by seeing me through the process fully. I had to relive what happened to me so many times trying to work with this firm. We got hung up somewhere and I still don’t know where that is honestly, 2 and a half years later. To the point that I lost hope in my own case of wrongdoing. That’s not good to do to small people whose voices are hardly heard. I hope others have better luck in their cases… look around before settling on a referral is my best advice.

This is the worst law firm ever. I've had the same accident report with them for almost 4 years and they have not done nothing. I've been calling all day today trying to find out what our next step is they keep saying that they will call me back and I have not heard from them. I do not recommend them at all. It seems like all they're doing is playing a whole Lotta games. They had me fill out forms and send them back and I did and I still am not getting no money.
