Throughout my experience, I had to initiate contact repeatedly just to receive an update regarding whether they intended to take my case—despite an initial representative indicating that it appeared to be a strong claim. Even obtaining the link to upload my medical records proved unnecessarily difficult. After numerous follow-up calls and several months of waiting, I was ultimately informed that the firm could not proceed with my case. This outcome raises legitimate concerns about whether the individual who originally reviewed my matter was sufficiently knowledgeable, or whether the prolonged delay served an entirely different purpose. Given that time is critical in medical malpractice cases, it is deeply disheartening that the firm allowed the process to drag on for months before declining representation.
