Tracey repeatedly acted in a premeditated manner that was wilfully discriminatory, prejudicial, negligent & harmful to the legal standing of myself, her client. She on multiple occasions refused to file numerous relevant motions, drafts of which included arguments, statutes & case law - subsequently refusing to provide any sort of reasoning or legal basis for her lack of action. She refused to pursue relevant exculpatory discovery material, insisting that the DA had provided all there was - only to later forward an email from the DA proving that there was still discovery material outstanding weeks later. Tracey repeatedly violated the ADA Title III to discriminate against me as a client.
