Started off bad, I gave them a chance actually my only hope considering my options. Very rude and condescending, waited 2 weeks only to tell me the obvious, that my case is old literally in a voicemail after two weeks for a scheduled phone conversation. If it happened to me in 2026 it'll happen to you. Trust me there are much better options for you precious WCB benefit. Look elsewhere.
