From the very beginning, I didn’t feel like just another client I felt like I was truly cared for, supported, and protected. I called this law firm because I had a negligent security possible claim against South Oxford management company in Florida based out of Dallas in my town in Lady Lake Florida I was burglarized and the proper security measures under statute 1788 had not been followed by the corporation that owns Carmendy Square Apartments this is what they say. They specialize in and because I was not injured physically, but have complete trauma after what happened. They wouldn’t take a case. Because it did not result in a physical injury or death, not recognizing a mental illness as an injury is absurd people sue people for the dumbest things, and this has truly affected my life I saw on the news in Central Florida that an attorney represented a woman whose child got out of a first floor apartment That resulted in significant injury or death under the statute that requires all first floor, dwelling places to provide an alarm on their door. I’m not very litigious, but this seemed like a viable case and the attorney treated me like it was a disposable which it basically was because they wouldn’t even talk to me about it because I wasn’t Have I been home at the time? I have two small dogs and I could’ve been killed my dogs could’ve died or gotten loose. And died and they just missed this like it was nothing. I will never understand Florida law after going to law school in the northeast. This is absurd maybe you shouldn’t specialize in negligent security if you won’t take cases of negligent security so I do not recommend if you have this To use this firm, they are dismissive and rude and he treated me like I was crazy run. Don’t walk.

Spoke with an attorney who said that he will look into my case and call me back later that day or the following day. He never called me back. I texted him the next day and he never responded back to me. My case is time sensitive and he wasted my time and he’s a unprofessional attorney.
