The entire time myself, and my case was handled with the upmost respect and care. Samantha Pryor is very welcoming, resourceful, And Professional. I believe that all should be treated fairly and with respect. This law firm under the guidance of Samantha Pryor schedule an intake with me. I gave them all the info in regards to my issue with my former employer. I lost some valuable time with them. They took all my info for my claim. They never left a voicemail, I had to reach out to them and they informed me that they could not take my case due to conflict of interest. I wasted valuable time reaching out to this law firm.

I called Sam Halliburton Pryor to consult her about getting a lawyer after I was involved in a car accident where I sustained a badly injured foot. My adult children insisted that I hire a lawyer, even though I didn’t want to hire one. I had no idea that JD Halliburton Pryor practiced personal injury law, and was relieved when she offered to evaluate my case, prior to possibly representing me. Long story short, she took the case, and the rest is history. I supplied information as she and her staff required, and they did the rest. I have never felt so secure that I would be medically cared for, and properly paid for the injury I sustained. JD Halliburton Pryor is an experienced adjudicator, who has experience working both sides of the insurance business. She is also one of the quality athletes that I coached at MLK middle school, so I knew that she would be competent and disciplined at any job she takes. Very unorganized office, not sure if they have a new intake person but she did not provide attorney Pryor with the necessary information we were asked to and did provide. This led to an extreme disconnect in actually getting help from her and our consultation was mainly her talking about the types of discrimination and how she needed the "timeline", that we provided but her intake failed to give to her, but didn't have time to review it. She asked questions that if her intake person gave it to her, she would have already had them answered. When telling her this she just gave the option to talk to her the next day so that she can review all the info we did send over. She also talked about how she was so busy and only looked at our stuff for 30mins prior to the call when we were told she'd review it at least 48hours beforehand. She never called the next day, just received an email stating she was busy and couldn't speak to us before our deadline and to either request an extension or find help elsewhere. We feel as though she basically stole our money and didn't give us any answers to anything we asked. Her office is very disorganized, maybe due to her being "near capacity", but this was very unprofessional and disheartening to know we paid $350 for an hour, to be done in 45mins, and told that since she didn't have the information, that we definitely provided, and that we need to go elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend.

Samantha Pryor is a true professional! She treats you like family and finishes the job. Samantha is very knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy, listens, and always has a positive attitude! The office environment is very relaxing and comfortable. She has an outstanding team at The Halliburton Law Firm, LLC. Most of all Samantha never gives up and finishes ALL legal assignments. I "strongly" recommend The Halliburton Law Firm. This Firm went above and beyond in not only their support, but to take into account how personally damaged I was, along with my emotional state at the time. Through my previous work experience I have worked with several Attorney's where most seem to know it all and rarely "listen" or care about your "personal" feelings.
