This one is a real winner. NOT. This is flat fee legal services. My soon to be Ex wife tried to cancel her life insurance. Ms. Haynes refused to prevent this via an ex parte (emergency) hearing. She afforded all kinds of dumb excuses, none of which were true. I did the hearing myself and won. As a result, Ms Haynes is terminating our agreement. Worse my wife's attorney called her and is ready to settle. But Ms Haynes is mad so under the bus her client goes. Not professional and not ethical in my opinion. She wants you go pro per with no time to even find a new attorney. Stay Clear! Frank A.

I don’t know how Crista’s office has less than 5 stars. I hired The Haynes Law Firm to represent me during my second juvenile dependency case. I could not have reunified with my daughter without them. These cases are long, complicated, and dramatic. Crista’s office has the endurance, resources, and non-nonsense assertiveness that dependency cases need. I’d hire her again, and recommend her hands down to anyone I know. Mostly, Crista’s boutique firm offers an entire team who are knowledgeable to help with any questions. Sandi was the legal aide assigned to my case. She is involved, grounded, and always there to answer my questions. My favorite aspect about Crista is that she argues the law. She doesn’t get sucked into the theatrics of the courtroom, commanding the room as the most competent counsel. There are no negatives to hiring this firm. If they don’t know the answer, they will find it. If you do what they say, you will succeed- within the parameters they have informed you of. To be fair, Crista was very upfront about the challenges I was facing. She is no nonsense. 5-stars, trusted counsel, competent counsel , and fair counsel. This law firm is a rarity in the field of legal representation. Every call is answered,. Crista is resolute. Hire this firm to help you with the most important relationships in your life- your kids. Crista’s office, and Sandi in particular, were alongside me during the most difficult time of my life ever. I am so grateful I chose this firm.

Liars, they gave me a document with no expiration date and threatened me with jail. If I seek justice, they drop their clients from. Their list as they see fit. And leave me separated from my family due to corrupt policies

I have never had to hire a lawyer before, however, I needed a family law lawyer for a situation I found myself in. I hired Crista Haynes of The Haynes Law Firm to represent me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and showed up to all my hearings. I felt like she really cared about me and my case. She represented me well in court and I got the outcome I desired. I also worked quite a bit with Jenni, the executive paralegal there. She was professional, friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions, and there were times I had quite a bit of questions. I found the whole office to be efficient and prepared. I would highly recommend this law firm for any family law related services.

Working with Crista was a horrible experience. She and her paralegal were horrendously unprofessional and rude. How she feels it's ok to yell at clients is beyond me. She forgets they work FOR the client, not the other way around. My brother-in-law (who is an attorney himself) called this law firm a chop-shop and suggested I report her actions to the bar. She made deals with the opposing party without my consent which cost me my day in court, when I needed to be seen before the school year started. She will say one thing and gaslight you and then blame you for taking the advice she gave you verbally and deny she said it. She dragged my case out. When I refused to be shaken down for more money (and after I called her paralegal out for being totally unethical) she dropped me as a client 12 hours before we were due in court. She wouldn't even get on the phone. This is the worst law firm I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Stay FAR AWAY.

Terrible service!!! Crista IS NOT professional she showed up to court with colored hair and also informed me that no one cares about the well-being of my children! My ex husband was able to get off easy WITHOUT an attorney!

First off, I never post negative reviews and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt by not even listening to the negative reviews. However with this law firm, every negative thing you read is 100% accurate.

I should've posted forever ago. But Crista gave me my life back. Thankyou so much. I wholeheartedly reccomend her services!

I don't recommended this law firm. They take your money but don't really help you. Seriously look for a different law firm.
