Good morning, it should have 10 stars. He was a lawyer for my son. He fought to have his rights respected. He sought a medical evaluation and I always received a response from him when I sent emails. Paula was always cordial. Attorney Mark was an angel in my darkness. Unfortunately, there is this misunderstanding that an attorney that the state pays for is the one that tells you to plead guilty and we get out of this. However, he was more than that. He did everything possible to make it a fair sentence for my autistic son. You know who I'm talking about, Attorney. When my world was falling apart and the minutes stopped, you did everything so that my son would get the same sentence as the others. At one point, I doubted it, but you made me believe again that there are people who have a profession because they love doing it. God bless you always, Attorney Mark. One mistake can definitely lead to a lot of turmoil and loss. However, correct decision was all it took to get back much of it. The Heath law firm took on my case for an extremely reasonable fee and after some back and forth with the court was able to get all of my rights restored. After making several mistakes in my early adulthood, my record had always hung as a cloud over my life. Last year (November 2020), I decided that I was going to pursue 4 "set-aside" orders in two jurisdictions to try and reduce the impact of my convictions and to restore my constitutional rights. This law firm is Awesome! After doing a quick Google search it Lead me to Mark's blog regarding setting aside DV misdemeanors. I'm a firm believer in clearing the wreckage of the past. After a phone call and some quick emailed paperwork within 3 weeks everything was completed and my set aside was granted. I got to say this is the best law firm in Arizona, Paula and Mark are very professional, they helped me get an old charge from almost 20 years ago set aside!, ( very hard to do since the charge didn’t show with the court but it shows in a background check). They walked me through the process and I am very thankful for the help to solve this since I thought it was impossible.
