It’s been a long time since we meet with Rene. We worked with her regarding Grandparents rights and we worked with her when our father became suddenly ill. We needed to work with her to help us understand how we could safely and legally help our parents with their finances and their health care decisions and their will. They are very friendly, family oriented, great listeners, very professional in all that they do. We went in looking for the best advice for our family and what would be in the best interest on our granddaughters. After taking the time to listen to our story and seeing all the documentation that we already had. Mrs. Heinrich presented all of our options to us and she answered all of our questions about every option. She then gave us pricing that was very affordable with all details of how and when it needed to be paid. (Their billing system is so easy and convent.) She handled all the legal thing, if we were not needed for a court hearing then she would let us know we didn't need to appear. After the hearings we didn't attend she would have Tyler (her right hand man) contact us with any and all updates. He is great at responding to emails and voice messages in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable in the legal field and if he doesn't have an answer he know who to ask. They treated us like their own family. They truly care about the best interest of the child. They will even tell you the things that you may not want to hear but that need to be heard. That's them being honest and keeping you out of the dark. They played a big part in our granddaughter having a brighter future, stable life, good education, and a chance to attend a good collage and have a good career.
