I hired Evan Rice as my attorney, and it was the best decision I could have made. Evan genuinely cares about his clients—more than any attorney I’ve worked with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and goes above and beyond to fight for you. If you want someone who will give it their all and advocate for you every step of the way, I highly recommend Evan Rice.
In reference to his interview on Lex18, nobody and I mean nobody, wants to think about grandpa's Jacob's ladder. You are 69 years old sir, this gave me the heebie-jeebies.
Wish I could put no stars, my husband and I needed help suing a gc that highly messed up our home project. It was all talk no action, no firm idea nor direction that was needed to address this situation. Wouldn’t listen to what was needed to be done and the ways to be able to do so. Asked for a phone call that went terribly wrong and wouldn’t hear what we were truly asking was stuck on the one idea he had for us, which wasn’t our main concern at the time. Then proceeded to not return our whole retainment fee, just a particle amount. Wouldn’t recommend using these people.
Evan Rice is great with navigating custody changes or dealing with a high-conflict co-parenting situation. He is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and truly knows how to guide you through a difficult legal process while staying focused on what matters most. Evan has been both helpful and responsive every step of the way and he takes the time to explain things clearly and realistically
You will waste your money on Eith! For the love of god, find someone else.
Eph Helton is over rated, me and my Fiance went and had a consultation with him a while back concerning child custody/Family court over my fiances daughter. He was rude and had the attitude like he couldn't even understand why we were even in his office, and the whole time we was there he was taking up for the opposing side we were up against, and said nothing could be done. Needless to say after we left we contacted another law firm and that law firm got my fiance sole custody of her daughter !!!
Evan took the time to get to know us, as a family. He checks in regularly. He makes us feel comfortable and confident in choosing him to represent us. You do not feel like just another client, or dollar signs. He is a genuine guy. I am grateful we found him.

I have no doubt that these folks know what they're doing. I was a client of one of their attorneys who is now deceased. I still had some loose ends to tie up on an issue that was still open at the time of his death but despite repeated phone calls, nobody ever called me back. The entire situation with him is just awful and I hope with all of my heart that the family is okay. From a business standpoint though, they should have taken care of the last few hours worth of work that would have been required. It's awful that my money was likely vaporized by an unscrupulous individual, but he was a partner of the firm and the firm should have stood up for the clients who got the short end of the stick. These folks are good, but they didn't do right by me.

I wish I could do NO STARS. This man has been unworthy of his fee he has charged. My daughter had an easy peasy divorce, no assets and it’s taken over a year. She hasn’t received but one child support payment in 8 months. Now he won’t call us back to help us with issues with custody. Call back later, he’s in court and every excuse in the book. Don’t book with him he just wants your money. I will definitely make sure Facebook and everywhere else knows. Very disgruntled client. Worst mistake hiring him. Save your money and hire a better lawyer.
