I cannot recommend Benjamin Herbst enough. This was my first ever experience in 45 years with any kind of legal issues and choosing a lawyer is not like choosing a restaurant. You only get one shot to get it right and this was a serious situation. I was incarcerated for 150 days in the worst place on the planet, Baltimore City. I was facing a possible felony and 20+ years in jail. I put my life in Ben’s hands and I was pleased with the outcome thanks to his knowledge and expertise navigating this. Every legal situation is different his personal attention and servitude was second to none. I would never wish this situation on anyone but if you find yourself looking for a lawyer, Ben is the one to choose.

I don’t know if there’s better attorney’s out there or not but I can tell you that he is the best hooman you can ask for. He never lies, gives falls hope or play games. No matter what goes on he would tell you the actual truth as every attorney should do to their clients. I was in such mess but he got me out of it. I didn’t realize at the time but later on I got to know how blessed n lucky Im. I would respect him rest of my life!
