Attorney GH is quick, detailed, and very knowledgeable in what he does. For all the steps during my immigration process, he sent me a checklist of all the documents and number of copies that were required. That made communication very easy and I was able to collect and send all my documentations all at once. He also made sure I was able to review the documents and make sure everything was accurate. He wants the best for his clients and I have experienced it firsthand the way he worked on my case. I absolutely recommend Attorney GH to anyone needing help with their immigration case.

I strongly do not recommend the Hernández Law Firm due to their lack of follow-up. My case was delayed longer than necessary due to negligence in its handling. When the appointment in Ciudad Juárez arrived, I attempted to contact them by phone and email to update my case so I could attend, but I never received a response. I had to hire another attorney. Fortunately, thanks to our access to the system, we were able to find out about the appointment, otherwise, we would not have been notified.

It was a pleasant experience working with attorney Carlos Hernandez. All the requirements were very easy with the help he provided. The wait took a bit longer because we were going through the pandemic, but he still did a great job on my residency case. All that's left is to wait for citizenship. I found an employer willing to sponsor my H1b. I called this law firm with only two days left to register for the H1b visa lottery. They were able to register me, and then when I was selected in the lottery, they filed my H1B case without any problem. I have been on H1b since las year, and I am now starting my permanent reisidence with them also. I would recommend these guys 100%!!

My case had been complicated after several other attorneys tried to file applications for me. Attorneys Guillermo and Juan Carlos helped me understand the problem and my options moving forward. Like your previous comment: We definitely WERE your clients, but not anymore! You handled both my parents' applications, and after the initial payment and all the paperwork (which was incorrect), we were never able to get in touch with you. This lawyer filled out documents with incorrect birthdates for my mom and dad's case. When we received notification that our application was denied, they never called us back. They're quick to collect fees, but they don't handle applications properly.

In response to your comment: We are definitely one of the customers of this Law Firm and yes I will be happy to sent you my info and screen shot of a previous email. My husband and I are currently customers of this firm. All I have to say is the lack of communication has been horrible. I am trying to give them a chance here. I get that they could be busy but lord I haven't even spoken to the lawyer directly in months even though I have asked the young lady several times until I eventually stopped and just asked for his direct email (sent Friday 6/11/21 patiently waiting for a response)We paid money out front in full...and it was not cheap. Will update this post once our business with them is done or decide something else.

I would give them zero stars but I can't. They failed to even show up to court will never recommend them and I will continue to tell everyone to find someone else.
