Funny how they state they do workers comp cases.. In reality they send you to a differemt firm and are only interested in a seperate lawsuit for your injury. Wh advertise that you do workers comp if in fact you dont?

Horrible customer service. Been trying to get a call back on a medical male practice case. Going on 3 weeks now. Keep getting the statement person assigned to me is backed up? You would think that with all the adds they have, just about every street corner bill board in Joplin, that they would have the capacity to return a call with in a week?? I guess not. I heard good things but I am not impressed.
