Avoid this firm at all cost. Real quick to accept my retainer. From time we said we wanted to retain them on friday, they had payment less than 2 hours later. I didn't haggle price or anything. Paid exactly what they wanted. That evening had a couple questions, they answered kinda quickly in regards to my case. Monday comes, they tell me they can't do nothing in my case for over a month out. No problem, keep the retain for until then. Well Tuesday at 6pm comes for an exchange they already knew was becoming and I am having a difficult time getting in touch with this law firm to make sure I do exactly what I need to do. I did have an awesome office manager get in contact with me 45mins later. Gave me the information I needed. Wednesday comes, and I don't remember his names, says I can't call and use my retainer how I please if I am having a difficult situation with my case. So basically they wanted the $2,000 and not do any work while they enjoy it. It was a quick horrible experience.

In my opinion, they're useless. They just take your money and don't solve anything in the end. Based on my experience, I don't recommend them.

My experience with Hirani Law Firm and Mrs. Sehar Hirani has been extremely disappointing. I spent almost 11 months and paid $5,500 with absolutely no progress on my case. Communication was very poor, and I never received clear information or updates about what was happening. Two separate cases were opened on my behalf without proper explanation. One case was closed by the court due to lack of follow-up and no response, which I was shocked to find out later. The second case was opened in September, and I wasn’t even informed. When a publication request was rejected, instead of providing the additional information the court needed, nothing was done and I was never updated. When I finally questioned the situation, the response was unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt there was no transparency, no accountability, and no proper handling of my case. Despite this, I continued receiving monthly invoices without seeing any actual work or results. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this attorney. It was a waste of valuable time and money, and I hope others do not go through the same experience.😡😡😡

Ms. Hirani took care of my case very professionally. Other than not having proper paper work the first court day everything went perfect. We prepared ourselves the second court day, but it was not necessary to attend the second court day. This was my first time going thru this and I feel it went perfect as we anticipated.

Like anyone else, I went to see the reviews about this attorney. I looked at the good and the bad. I wasn't sure at first about hiring this attorney since I had seen some failed cases. But I thought they were just some malicious people and wanted to give Attorney Hirani a chance, which I totally regret. I hired her to represent me in my daughter's custody case. I gave her all my trust and money. I also gave her evidence and documents about my case, only for it to be a total failure. I thought my case was going to be won since I had enough proof and evidence, and since the other party had been held in contempt. But this attorney didn't present them in court, and the judge ruled that my lawsuit was dismissed due to lack of evidence. I am very sorry to have hired this attorney. They will only be after your money. Don't waste your time, since it is very important to you, but not to this law firm. They are the worst I have ever had in my life. I was left without money and without my daughter.

I was in need of a lawyer who was ready to fight, other attorneys I had called basically told me to lay down and take the punishment or loss, that no man in TX would ever get custody of his kid. However, the Hirani law firm manager led me to believe I had the best lawyer out there, who would take it to a narcissist mother who was alienating the child from her father. The Hirani law firm was prompt and punctual with documenting and information. I did feel a bit of a lag in communication at times but due to her having a child right at the time everything was happening I gave her grace. Ms Hirani did a good job handling the case and I thank you Ms Hirani and staff for your time on my case. P.S., I gave a four star because I never give a 5 star rating, always room to grow.

I want to give an honest assessment of my time spent working with Ms. Hirani. I fully believe that they are compassionate and professional and want to help anyone that comes to them seeking out guidance and support. They’re very matter of fact and offer a payment plan which makes working with them when you don’t have much funds to begin with easy. If you don’t always have the payment on the date it’s due a quick call and they’re understanding as long as you pay within a certain amount of time. They’re very informative when it comes to legal and as long as you are patient and calm then working with them is a breeze. Communication could use a little work. I originally started out working with Ms, Hirani and Mariela, the paralegal but Mariela eventually left and I started working with Noraly (I think that’s what her name is) it took a little bit for her to read over my case and understand it. While I never got to meet Noraly in person, she is just as professional and delight to work with. I needed clarification on some of the charges but again, a simple phone call and they were all explained in detail. My case lasted from about October of 2024 to about May 2025. There’s definitely a waiting game sometimes with the judge and with the opposing party and that shouldn’t be blamed on the lawyer, however I feel like if it’s been more than two weeks an update (even if nothing happened) is valued. I would definitely look over documents before signing them just to ensure spelling is correct because that was a slight issue but fixed easily. Overall my experience working with Ms. Hirani was a good one and I would be happy to work with her again in the future if I needed someone to represent me.
