Stay away from Stephen T Holman. I was forced to get a new lawyer during my divorce as my first lawyer got ill during time leading up to trial. I met with him and asked if he had any health issues before I decide to go with him. He said healthy as a horse and no issues. Few weeks later he had shoulder surgery which was an elective procedure and he was out for weeks. When he returned he didn’t have much time available to review my file and give attention and time it needed. After spending over $25k for paralegal work to produce over 15,000 pages of documents without him objecting to anything, I had to get yet a third lawyer. Stay away if you want attention and not throw money away.

I highly recommend hiring them if you have been unjustly wronged by your ex spouse who weaponizes your kids against you. The whole team is very professional and are very prepared when going in to fight for you if you give the all the tool they need.

Called at the request of one of their clients to speak to his attorney and the the receptionist who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional and hung up on me mid conversation.

The team at Holman were friendly and professional, however their apparent workload resulted in my case being unnecessarily delayed. The few times we met (in-person/phone), I had the impression of being rushed. Clearly while I only had one lawyer, they made multiple clients, and I wasn't the primary effort. Also, after switching lawyers, I discovered I had not received full legal advice in regard to my allowable financial actions.

I have been working with Justin Holman for almost a year or more now fighting for my son. It has been a very traumatic and stressful ride I’m sure for myself and probably mr.Holman as well. Every court date I have went to I have been highly stressed out and overwhelmed, however when I see how well Mr.Holman holds himself in that courtroom it’s amazing. Paid them $26,000 to never return my phone calls again. After we won. After he congratulated me. After he shook my hand and told me to call him back if I ever needed anything. He didn't return my calls. *Scum of the city. Your mileage may vary.
