Attorney Hoover is a very sympathetic and knowledgeable attorney. My boyfriends case was drug out for almost 2 years for various different reasons and all throughout that time, attorney Hoover stayed in touch with us anytime we had questions we could call him and he would answer them Way that we could understand them. It didn’t matter what the question was. He talks to his clients and their family like they are people not just clients, and he doesn’t pass judgment on anyone. Thanks to him my boyfriend was able to get a very fair outcome in a Bad and unfair situation. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a defense attorney I would give him more than five stars if I could.
