Whoever is at the front desk needs some training on how to answer the phone. I called to spend my money at your business there's no reason to answer the phone as if you're being bothered. Is a law office, no way you should be answering the phone with "hull firm...." . That's not how you answer a phone. Definitely will skip right on down to the next listing and hire someone else who is a little bit more excited to get my business.

Initially, we were impressed with Nicole. She seemed to genuine care about our child. A couple of months into her representating our child, we missed a payment by a couple of days. We received an email that our case was “on hold” until we made a payment. We made the payment immediately.
