Prior to your recent posting of a one-star review, this firm maintained a near perfect 4.8 review average.<br><br>While I appreciate clients taking the time to post a review, an exhaustive electronic search of my firm's files does not find any reference to you related to any case we have ever handled. None of the attorneys at my firm recognize your name. Based on our research it appears you live outside the state of Tennessee in an area where we do not provide services. We are confident that you have never been a client.<br><br>During our research of this matter we recently spoke with a gentleman from Ohio who indicated that he is in a legal dispute with you and that his lawyer is at Hurley Law, LLC, and that you have reviewed the wrong law firm. Although I cannot comment on the experience that you have had with other law firms, I can assure you that the Hurley Law Firm, P.C. has no affiliation with any firm outside of Tennessee.<br><br>Based on our investigation, it is our opinion that your review is either grossly erroneous or willfully false. Google's Fake Engagement policy states that "contributions ... should reflect a genuine experience at a ... business.... [and c]ontent that is not based on a real experience and does not accurately represent the... product in question" violates this policy. Since you have never been a client of this firm (and have never had any interaction with us), your one-star rating of this firm would tend to "mislead or deceive others" as it includes a "[f]alse or misleading account or description of the quality of a good or service." Your review does not offer any context and necessarily omits critical information for users.<br><br>It is obvious to us, that at a minimum, a case of mistaken identity has occurred. You have now been put on notice of your "mistake." Please take the time to do the right thing and correct this situation by removing this review immediately.
