Terrible firm to work with as a seller dealing with the buyers attorney. Home closed on Tuesday 10 March, 2026 and was told funds had been wired. Contacted each day to get a confirmation that funds were submitted or get the IMAD for the wire and got nothing in return. Contacted on Friday to see if I could get any update as to the delay and I was told that the attorney would eventually contact me. As a seller, if your buyer is using this agency, I would suggest you refuse to work with this office.

Hutton is always a great partner. Everyone is always willing to help even outside business hours when we really need them. I'll work with them every opportunity I get. 5*****

AVOID!! Very unhelpful, rude , doesn’t care about clients just themselves!!! Go anywhere but here!! Trust me, this place is a disgrace should not have anything to do with helping people in any Real Estate situation!!! They won’t even answer phone when 1/2 hour before closing for the day! But actually even if they did wouldn’t mean anything, they won’t do anything to help !!

Hutton Law firm is to be commended on their exceptional handling and closing of the buyer side transaction of a recent real estate transaction in which, things got complicated at the end. Hutton jumped right in and rectified a situation and the closing took place and we were recorded in record time. If they didn't jump in with their expertise then it is likely we would have had to wait over a holiday weekend in order to be recorded. Thanks to Hutton Law Firm for making it happen!

Outstanding work getting a squatting tenant out of my property in Robeson county. Not the easiest county to navigate through but they definitely know what they're doing.

We spent a month trying to get this law firm to have the bank send the payoff for a property we were buying. After a lot of back and forth, we were forced to fire him. He then calls us to say that he has filed the injunction and received the payoff, allowing us to move forward with the closing. We said, "Fine, let's do it and let bygones be bygones." In the end, all he had was a preliminary HUD. When our attorney reached out to him to get him to send it over, he replied, "We don't need the payoff to close. I'm not stupid."

Very rude. Receptionist or the gentleman answering the phone, talked over me the whole conversation. I couldn’t even get the reason for my call out.
