I didn't personally use this firm but I got a speeding ticket and EVERYONE referred me to them, along with some of my most respected friends telling me to use them. I'm giving them this review even though I didn't use them because I called, left a voicemail with my personal information and they sent me a text message back within minutes saying they don't handle cases in the area where I got a speeding ticket (Surry County, NC) and gave me a recommendation and contact information to another firm that ended up handling the speeding ticket for me and getting it removed. I am writing this review because I only gave my personal information which means they took the time to look up my speeding ticket on their own, see where it was, and then send me a recommendation to another firm. That's unheard of in this world (or in my experience anyway). They didn't bill me anything and just did it without me even asking them to.
