After signing the contract, the company simply stopped contacting me, and every time I tried to communicate with them, they never responded. They simply sent a letter saying they had abandoned my case. I waited for months, thinking they were taking care of everything. Disappointed.

Signed for my settlement September 5th, despite my lawyer Ryan having an offer for weeks in his email and didn't contact me about l. If I didn't call consistently I don't know if I would have ever even know about it. Accepted the offer in August, signed papers 9/5/2025 was told 60 days tops I would get my check. Here it is March, haven' t gotten my check, can't get ahold of my lawyer or his assistant Maudiel. Worst experience ever!

Passed me off to another law firm but still took their cut. Not here to help you just their bank account.

I am not sure how this firm has so many 5 star ratings. My boyfriend has been through 6 lawyers at this firm with no resolution and its been over 2 years since his accident. There is ZERO communication from these people. Don't waste your time calling for updates, they never return calls. The only way he gets any updates is if he reaches out to one of the partners directly. Then they give him some BS story as to why the attorney that was assigned to his case wss fired, re-assigned or whatever excuse they can think of but is always promised that the new attorney taking over the case will do a great job. I have yet to see anyone at this firm do a great job at anything. Whats sad, this is the second time using these people. First time was when they first opened their practice and they were outstanding, he was represented by one of the partners. Now, they are HORRIBLE!!! He is about to lose everything, yet they just keep passing his cases on to the next attorney available. Just do the job you originally built that law firm for, to help people injured by negligence. Ok I'll call your office and leave a message.UPDATE: Called the law firm on 2/11 spoke to receptionist who transferred me to someone's vm I think it was Madeline, I left a message explaining what the call was regarding. I have yet to receive a phone call back. Just proves my point. Update 2/16 still no call back. I think they pay people to give them great reviews.
