After dealing with a weird, unruly case that dragged on for years, I honestly felt overwhelmed and unsure if it would ever come to an end. David stepped in and made all the difference. He was incredibly responsive from the very beginning, always taking the time to answer my questions and keep me informed. His attentiveness, kindness, and personal approach made me feel like I wasn’t just another case — he genuinely cared about what I was going through. So far, I am very happy. I have an emergency situation and needed counsel immediately. When you are stressed out, a weekend can feel like an eternity to wait before you can find help. The winter Storm added more wait time which worsened the anxiety exponentially. Thank goodness for The Irving Law Firm. They were practically the only law firm answering their phone. I gave a quick intake summary and they understood how time sensitive my issue was and rushed to get me to one of their best litigators, Rachel. Rachel was so very warm and kind - I have worked with a lot of very successful attorneys in the past and while they were excellent at winning- they left a bit to be desired on the personality front. It’s refreshing to find an aggressive and successful attorney that also has a great deal of empathy and patience. I was able to retain her immediately and she cared enough to work late two nights in a row to fit in helping me so we could get my emergency order filed ASAP. So far, five stars!

Bryan is the best man ii have ever spoken to when I was under so much stress in my entire existence of my life. I felt like I was going to die with my extreme chest pains of a panic attacks. Bryan really saved me and my life, because of him and his deep sense of empathy, I was able to draw a close connection between our conversations that I was able to calm down and speak clearly and succinctly to the attorney Madison who I decided after speaking with her that she got a good understanding and grasp for what I needed done. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience!! I retained this law firm for a divorce case and paid a retainer, expecting timely updates, clear communication, and actual legal work. Instead, after a month and a half, I received no draft, no filings, and no real progress whatsoever on my case. Despite this, they kept over $600 of my retainer and provided no itemized invoice, even after I requested it multiple times in writing. I was completely ignored. The only "work" they appear to have done was downloading documents I sent them—something that does not justify hundreds of dollars being withheld. That’s not legal work—that’s basic administration, which on top of that was already being automatically charged weekly by them. I expected professionalism and communication, but instead felt ignored and overcharged. This firm showed a clear lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for their client. They took my money and did virtually nothing in return. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere if you value integrity, communication, and results.

So I was Mr. Russo‘s first gun restoration case and he won the case for me. I am more than happy at his professionalism and how he conducts himself. I would recommend him to every and anyone. Thank you to the Irving Law Firm and more than anything Thank you to David Russo. Edit 6-9-2025 we starting dealing with angela moorhouse for a will and it was the ABSOLUTE worst experience you could imagine.. she blew up our email for her fee ( we paid it a long time ago ) and told us in 2 months it would be done… 4 months later we are trying to still get ahold of her.. id deal with ANYONE but her… I wanted to go to lawyer route for a Will because I wanted to be as legitimate as possible but in truth, we are just going to do what my father-in-law did and Grandfather did. print out a will, fill it out and get it notarized. Anyone who tells you that doesn’t work, is lying to you. Our starting point for payment for the Will through lawyers was over $2000, And then they say they have this itemized list for how much time they put into it🤣🤣. In 24 hours, I can have a will done, don’t pay these people for that shit. Do it yourself and save the money and the time. Funny How they say they have this itemized list and the fee could be higher, but when the call was initially made, we told her what was supposed to be in the Will, there’s no more time needed other than drafting it up and sending it to us. DO NOT DEAL WITH ANGELA

In a time of turmoil, the Irving Law Firm was there to answer my questions regarding a divorce. They do not try to gouge you and explain ways to make your divorce less stressful and pocket friendly. I highly recommend them.

I arranged for Rachel Goldsher with this firm to handle my brother's divorce. She and the firm's staff were very responsive to his needs, and recommended a course of action that was reasonable and cost effective. Their billing was very reasonable, with paralegals and other staff handling much of the routine work and billing accordingly. As a result the overall cost of the divorce was reasonable. Rachel also effectively addressed my brother's particular needs in the settlement agreement. I highly recommend.
