There's a lot of lawyers in the city, especially divorce lawyers. A lot of them don't actually truly care about their clients, but that cannot be said for David and the rest of his team. I was referred to the Jacks law group by a friend and David took on my case. Right from the start we were both on the same page as to what should happen, and I felt that I was in really good hands. Nobody ever wants to go to trial, but if you have to you need someone like David on your team. I have debilitating anxiety, and the thought of trial gave me nightmares for weeks leading up to it, even months prior, and when it came time for the actual day I was decently calm and knew I was in good hands with someone who was going to fight for me and also fight for what was right and just. He really treats you like someone he cares about, that's why he does what he does because he actually wants to help people. Even his voice and tone is calming, I would listen to an audiobook he narrated. I am truly glad that I was referred to the Jacks law group, and if I ever know someone who needs a referral for a divorce attorney I know who to send them to. Thank you David, Leah and Jamie for your compassion, your encouragement, your support, your honesty, and being a rare bird of a lawyer in a world of people who are only in it for money. You are truly one of a kind.

I had David Jacks as co-counsel on a child custody case. We attended a hearing together on a motion involving make-up visitation. David was brand new on the case and did not know fully what the hearing was about. While we waited outside the court to be called in, I gave him a rundown of the facts, issues, and the legal arguments I intended to present. Without skipping a beat, David asked why we were not using a specific rule and he cited the exact code reference to the rule. I pulled out my iPhone and looked up the rule and sure enough he was right. We then went into the court and I presented the arguments and the judge looked at me quizzically and said that she had never heard of that rule before in all her years on the bench. She pulled out her rulebook and looked it up and sure enough David was right and we won on that issue thanks to his memory and knowledge of the law and his ability to quickly analyze facts.

David Jacks Made all the difference! After My mother passed away I sent my daughter to live with her mother. During that time, the mother decided to take me to court for custody of my daughter. It was a massive blow to have to deal with the death of my mother as well as a custody case. David put me at ease and took it from there. Talk about last minute call. Things happened so fast. I didn’t know what to do. Mr.Jacks picked up the phone and said he will be more than happy to help me.
