Do not recommend this Attorney. He took my $5000 retainer and didn't do anything for my case. I am still in the same position. He kept pushing my court date out over and over again. Now demanding another retainer. Hire someone else. Very crooked.

Mr. Johnson was very helpful throughout the process. He represented my ex-wife thru the divorce. I used no attorney, I was treated fairly and feel like I was given an opportunity to address my concerns.

Unprofessional and very condescending. Very rude and did not come through with anything after they received payment. Secretary will lie and claim confrontation instead of returning your calls. I wouldn't recommend this law firm

If i could give this guy no stars i would. He’s Irresponsible with keeping appointments, misses updates to provide the judge, and jeopardizes family reunification because he is unprepared. Tim and his staff are the best. I have been with him, on a complicated custody case, for almost 2 years, and he has been amazing. He is amazing in the courtroom too - he knows family law!! He is obviously well respected in the courtroom also. Christina - paralegal...just amazing!! I would not trust my life with any other law firm in the AV. Tim has exceeded my expectations.

I hired Robert Johnson for a custody case. He reviewed all my paper work and he was very straightforward and told me up front what he was going to do for me. Robert Johnson and his staff were always available to answer all my concerns and questions. They all know how stressful the process can be going through a child custody case . They made me feel like I was a part of their family. Robert Johnson got me full custody and I have been by his office from time to time. Just to see how they all are doing. They all make you feel welcome. Best Money Spent.

I am a young mom dealing with a horrifying situation no parent should have to go through. I couldn’t even afford a lawyer and had to raise and borrow money and I felt out of place considering I don’t know anyone with a lawyer but I knew I would need one and Tim was so understanding to my circumstances and even worked with me on the price. He was not only understanding to what my goals were but he was also realistic with me about what the judge might agree to. He is very talented at what he does and he moves quick so it doesn’t always seem like he’s paying attention but he is and he really does care. Oh and I LOVE Diane.
