This guy is no good. I came to him as a tenant with a problem with my landlord. I paid 200 dollars for his "expert advice". We have a slam dunk case the landlord wrote up lies in an eviction notice and then illegally refused to accept our rent. I told him all this he didn't care he didn't want the case.
