The Keating Firm LTD

Sadly, after reading the rest of these reviews, realize I'm in the same boat... I was hit by someone who ran a red light, I have previous spinal fusions that were damaged by this wreck. My life has gone completely down hill ever since, the doctors (that I've paid for out of pocket....) have told me I will never get better. I was told by these people It would be 6 to 8 weeks for an offer, and just like everyone else says, they have completely stopped answering the phone or text's. We're right past november 8th, so it seems to me they just locked it down for 2 years to let the Statute of limitations run out so I can get nothing from the insurance company. Thank you for ruining my life and letting me die slowly. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I really got bum rushed after my accident, I signed something for them to represent me, but they are not returning calls, sending a release Theresa Davis which is paralegal to Amanda Burgess I can’t get the help I need because they will not send a release. I need to see dr.‘s but very hard to do when they don’t know where to send the bill, so I have not seen anyone except the hospital and they did nothing as well. The other insurance has taken full responsibility and I can’t talk to them either, The Keating Firm is keeping me from being treated.

This place will give you a run around. Not sorth your time or your businesses

Me and my wife were in an accident and have done everything on our end and cant even get therresa davis the parralegal to answer phone calls return calls we really need the money from our wreck we went without getting to go to the kids birthdays without a car for a long time and keep getting nowhere at all in finding out whats going on whit our case

I had an accident the lady hit and run was given a ticket. It took them 6 months to get me $1200. I could have gotten that myself without hiring them to assist. Smh
