The Kelly firm is the one I can trust. The team members Wendy and the attorney Mr. Schwimmer are reliable and high efficient to communicate with. Their service is professional. And they charge reasonable. Jul. 2025 I asked the Kelly firm's help when one of my client filed for bankruptcy in New Jersey. They help me go through the most difficult time of my business. They helped me with the documentation and filed the proof of claim in timely order. I would recommend this team to anyone who need assistant on bankruptcy case.

The woman who answered was so rude, I felt she was racist. I was referred by Ponc Law, the woman didn;t even to my story before to rush off the phone

I reached out to The Kelly Firm in regards to a possible medical malpractice case. While they did not accept my case, Clint took the time to speak with me about what the reasoning was behind that decision. I really appreciated his insight and honesty because ultimately, I'm not a lawyer and do not understand the nuances surrounding med-mal. I would rather have an attorney be completely forthcoming and not take me on as a client as opposed to wasting my time and money on a case that would not result in a successful outcome. Clint's acumen and judgement leads me to believe that he always has an individuals best interest at heart, an attribute which is hard to find when looking for legal representation.

No assistance, they just provide useless feedback on why it’s not to their advantage to assist individuals with their issues with lazy physicians that do not provide a minimum standard of care for their patients. I would like to share my experience with the Kelly Law firm. I was struck by a car while riding my bike last year and was unconscious and had multiple broken bones.
