On 5 May 25 I was hit by a young lady that ran a red light. Thanks to God I wasn't hurt as badly as i could have been but I was left with a injury that left me with a permanent defect and pain in my right hand. So in September of 25 I contacted The Kessler Law Firm, PLLC and by 4 Nov 25 my first case was settled and the second case was settled 24 Nov 25 with both the maximum getting the maximum settlement without having to go to court. The Kessler Law Firm, PLLC were on it. Penny keep me informed every step of the way and was in my corner. If it weren't for the great advice and professionalism of The Kessler Law Firm, PLLC I'm sure I wouldn't have has as great of an outcome. I highly recommend anyone that is in need of their expertise to give them a call. I will definitely be calling them again if I'm in another situation that requires their expertise. I was in a vehicle accident last year. The man who ran into me was speeding, passing on a double yellow line on the wrong side of the road. I never even saw him coming. This law firm has predatory practices. Got into an accident 2 months ago, got a letter from them in the mail, signed documents, and have effectively been ghosted even after calling and emailing dozens of times. Stay away.
