Three years ago, King Law Firm, decided to take our case regarding my husband's injury at a local hotel that could have been avoided entirely. The first 1 1/2 years there was lots of communication and support from the law firm. Now over a year has passed and after our multiple phone calls reaching out, we have gotten absolutely now where. We were in the area, New Orleans, two weeks ago and stopped by to see where our case was going. We left a message and our business card. And there has been no response. So the bottom line the large hotel organization who could have prevented my husband's injuries and possibly future injuries, basically won. I pray that no one else was hurt due to the hotel and law firms negligence. So disappointed.

I’ve been dealing with the people for over 12 years they all was so great In the past now they all are trash .. call from sun up to sun down u can never get the attorney to call you back the assistant will take the same message from u 10x a day and act as if she don’t know what’s going on .. these folks called me about a case I forgot all about that’s how long it’s been .. did deposition for the 2nd time because the 1st time the canceled it 2 mins b4 the set time 😳 called me back with a settle amount that I agreed to . I got get to collect the payment or even speak with the attorney about the settlement.. I will never in life deal with this law firm again no typo of Communication from no one can’t even get the owner on the phone

No contact, no information. Was assured they could get me more than '"anyone else". Never told my case could take YEARS to settle. Had to do an internet search to get that information. Cut and dried personal injury case. Police/hospital reports all supplied. The firm should have more forthcoming. Got NO clarification from firm (reason for internet search). Didn't know I was dealing with the firm of Doowee, Screwem and How. Like they are protecting some national secret, when asked for update.

Barbara had the nastiest attitude!! When you’re working with people there’s a way to communicate and be professional, you chose that career you need to learn how to speak to people. You don’t know what kind of day a person is having and then you come along with the nastiest attitude. You’re a reflection of this Firm and I wouldn’t recommend anyone based off your attitude!
