Don’t bother calling this law firm. I spoke with Robin and Gloria, the front desk receptionists, and they were extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. If the owners of this law firm can’t lead and make sure their receptionists are providing even the minimum standard of customer service to their “clients” what does that tell you about the lawyers themselves?
