I 100% would recommend to anyone that may have the misfortune of going through an DWI case that this should be your top law firm of choice, i got into an accident 2 summers ago, thought my life was ruined. Lost and searching for representation, after speaking to multiple attorneys, this firm assured me that they knew the best way to handle my special case to give me the best odds and it has since worked out better than i could have hoped, the charge was beaten and i was saved from a DWI sticking on my record. If you’re ever in a jam this is the firm that will know how to get you out of it! Worth every penny!

I have only meet Rachel ,attorney for The Kugel Law Firm over social media. I was a guest on one of her AMAZING podcast episodes. From the moment we started talking I knew instantly how great she was. Not only did she help me get my story of misconduct from law enforcement. She has encouraged me to learn more about my rights with her amazing podcasts. She has continued to be a mentor, with 3,000miles separating the two of us. I come on contact, daily encounters with those accused of crimes, attorney offices claiming to help, public defenders, 4 of my own DUI charges, a best friend sentenced to 15yrs for DUI charges. I retained this law firm based on the reviews. I am disappointed in the results from my case. I expected Ms. Kugel to have my case dismissed because I wasn't in the vehicle. I felt my case was viewed and she wanted my case to be done with as soon as possible due to the holidays coming up. I had a very negative experience with this law firm and I don't recommend this firm to anyone unless they are willing to waste a lot money. $$$
We are surprised by the review because the case was in fact won on the day of trial - DWI and refusal both dismissed after 8 months. Ended with only an ancillary traffic infraction. I guess some people won’t be happy even with a win.
Rachel is a TOP DOG in her field attorney! I admire her for that. And Linda is very lovely person always helps over the phone and has always compassion to your situation! At the beginning of this year I was arrested and slapped with almost 18 tickets, wasn’t lucky that day! Charges were DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, refusal to blow, failure to report accident, property damage, reckless driving, failure to possess drivers license and all other BS charges. I was innocent! It seems like the cops are very incentivised to stack up bogus charges to make sure some of them will stick. Anyways after a long year of multiple court days via zoom and in person Rachel was able to DISMISS ALL 17 tickets and plead only to 1 reckless driving ticket! Couldn’t be happier out of this outcome! Choosing her as my legal consul was THE BEST decision I made for this year! Because choosing the right attorney makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE on the OUTCOME OF THE CASE!
