I was involved an accident over a year ago with someone that was underinsured. Both her and my insurance were giving me the runaround and neither wanted to fulfill their obligations even though I had months of therapy and surgery. Ryan and Lori stepped in and took over for us. They were able to reduce my medical bills and fought for me with both insurance companies to ensure I was well taken care of given the circumstances. Even after most was settled and the recovery process is almost complete, Lori continues to update me with an issue she is trying to rectify on my behalf. Hopefully nothing like this will ever happen again, but if it does I will definitely be reaching out to them.
