I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this law firm and with Mr. Massey’s handling of my car accident case. My case has now been ongoing for five years and is still not resolved. Communication has been poor and inconsistent throughout this time. My last in-person meeting with the firm was in May 2025, when I was assured that my case would be resolved by August 2025. That promised resolution never happened. I later sent a follow-up email in July 2025 requesting an update, and I never received any response at all. Instead of progress, I have continued to hear excuses for delays, yet nothing meaningful seems to have been done to move my case forward. Important timelines have not been honored, and I constantly feel like I am having to chase information instead of being supported as a client. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I regret trusting this firm for so long, as I believe another law office may have handled my case much more efficiently and professionally. At this point, I simply want my case completed so I do not have to continue dealing with it going into 2026. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this law firm or Mr. Massey for legal representation.

Absolutely amazing experience with Kyle. I couldn't have asked for someone better to represent me. He paid attention to all the details of my case listened to the facts and was ready for anything that came. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. These guys are PHENOMENAL.

Suppose to have a conference call with Kyle at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. 4:15 came then I called the office and the receptionist said he's behind like always but he'll give u a call. 5:00 came still no call so I called the office of course they left for the day. No call saying Kyle will reach out to you tomorrow nothing. So I called the next day well all I got was he was busy. So u couldn't call and tell me anything like he was very busy he'll call u tomorrow, I got nothing!!!!!!! This law firm should be shut down extremely unprofessional. And the time I did see Kyle he did absolutely nothing....zero. So he ended up dropping me cause I voiced my opinion. $2,500 for him to do nothing he is absolutely pethedic. Only seen him twice and the second time rushed me out the office before my time was up!!! So don't use this practice oh yea so Kyle is going back to be a full time judge, he probably sucks at that also!!!!!!!!!!

Is Mr Massey still around? We hired him for 2 separate auto accidents one in 2019 and the other 2020 and we’ve got the run around ever since. No movement at all in either case and he refuses to meet with us. We contact him every 6-8 months and he asks to meet with us and then never does. We’re hounded by bill collectors. Do not hire Mr Massey as your legal representative

Mr. Massey represented me when my tinyshed was wrongfully taken and all my belongings with it. I had literally nothing and he got my check in less than a month from the day it was taken. Dont let these rent to own people push you around...call Von Massey and get your settlement FAST...!! Free consultation and his small fee is only due if he wins your case or settles in your favor...Funny, friendly and just a fabulous attorney... definately recommend him for this sorta case...and maybe a couple others too...i will write reviews for those when all is settled with them...hopefully soon!

As much as this pains me to write, as I do not like to write negative reviews. I retained this firm years ago for a child visitation issue. First time Kyle walked into the courtroom barely said 3 words and the case was pretty much dismissed. Fast forward to get a simple visitation modification in January of 2019 (mind you Covid happened) which was very much understandable. Come 2021, 2022, AND yes you guessed it 2023 and still nothing. I called several times and sent several emails and kept getting the runaround. On 2 different occasions day of OR day before said court date something came up. The only reason I am giving a 2 star is because of Michelle who kept in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. Needless to say I chose to go with another practice. If you have 3-4 years of time to waste on a simple case then this is the place for you if not save your money and look elsewhere.
