Mr. Ted Lake gave me great advice an several cases. I won all of the them.

Sorry but I am not confused. When I spoke with this attorney he was extremely rude and condescending. While I was trying to explain my claim to him he told me my claim was basically a waste of time for attorneys because attorneys like him can easily make tens of thousands of dollars or more by handling injury claims and mine wasnt that. I understood and asked what kind of attorney I should be looking for and possible referrals to attorneys who I could pay a fee to, who could at least advise me so I wasnt handling this claim blindly. This claim was a big loss for my small owner/operator business. He interrupted me and shouted…Tim you arent listening to me! And went on about my claim not being worth it for attorneys and without even reviewing my policy he suggested that I take the insurance companies current offer. As a business owner, I understand sticking to what makes you money and if he has bigger fish to fry then I’m honestly happy for him. But I would never treat somebody who called in to my business the way that this attorney treated me. I wasnt looking for a pro bono attorney or a check for any specific amount. I was looking for an attorneys office that could review my policies (for a fee) advise me based on the facts (for a fee), and handle the claim if I had one (for a fee). I spoke with 50+ attorney offices over the few days around my correspondence with the Lake Law Firm. I didnt leave a 1 star review for any of them because they were all professional experiences and many of them helped guide me in my search and one wound up referring me to the attorney I hired. I believe the Lake Law Firm was confused when speaking to me because I did find a reputable attorney locally who reviewed my policies and handled the claim on my behalf quickly and with ease. My claim was paid almost immediately. After speaking to The Lake Firm, I almost threw in the towel and gave in to the insurance companies terms, I would have lost my entire livelihood. Luckily I found a firm that was knowledgeable in each of the different policies involved and for them the claims were clear cut and easy to handle. If this firm tells you that your claim is worthless, get another opinion.
