I hired Tommy Hindman for a dui case a few years ago. As I was talking to him about my case he interrupted me and demanded to know who would be paying for his services. He took over $7000 from us and was extremely difficult to reach and work with because he was “busy” all the time. He told me over the phone to “shut up and listen” one time. I’m a young woman who was in the military and he is a marine corp veteran and I felt like he thought he was just bigger and better than me and treated me like scum. He didn’t do anything for me, I would have been better off just getting a public defender. I’m still trying to get my license back as Tommy did not fight for me. I deeply regret my decision to hire this law office and I’m still dealing with this case 2 years later. Tommy has been no help at all since the case. Edit: I will not be removing my review, as you chose to work with him and this is what happened to my case in your very office. I’m not sure if he’s retired or what, but my review will stay up to let people know that going with an expensive lawyer is not always the right thing to do. Anyone charging thousands of dollars just to give the same outcome (if not worse) as a public defender, is a SCAM. Sorry if you were caught in the crosshairs, but you should really take that up with Tommy.

Got myself in a first time offense spent alot off money and thought this was going away! But no it was my worst experience and cost me way more. Was not happy with the outcome. Still to this day having to spend money and it has put a pause on my life!
