Thank you Judy for the kind review.
Spoke with Mr Gary Jones he told me I wasn't giving him anything to work with. He suggested I go back to work and save money and try again. I am very uncomfortable paying extra out of pocket on top of the 20%-25% which is supposed to cap at a little over $9000. The form wants someone to agree for other fees like medical records and expenses. Disability Law Practice seemed very pushy. It didn't feel comfortable at all. This felt like dealing with a shady used car salesman.
Jo Ann, My fees are 25% of the back due benefit, plus the cost of obtaining your medical records. I tell SSA all of the doctors and hospitals where you were seen and they gather your records at NO cost to you. Later when your case is set for a hearing I gather the remaining records. In most cases this is less than $300. At the end of the hearing I ask that you repay me for that expense. I don's mean to be pushy, just doing business. If you still need help with the claim call me back.
While I am sure Gary Jones is a good lawyer, I did not come to his office to seek legal advice but rather help him and his staff move furniture and boxes across the street to their new office as the old one was a bit cramped. Three or four of us temp workers helped move for a few hours before almost wrapping up about midday. To our surprise, Gary ordered some pizza for his staff and us temp workers and after enjoying lunch and conversation together, we had a little bit left to do before everything was finished. Before leaving, Gary blessed each of us with a generous tip, knowing we could all really use it. One of those helping knew Gary from the past and said simply, "that's the kind of guy he is." All to say, if you need some legal help from someone who will see, listen and care, I'm sure Gary would be a good person to call. 🤗
Thank you Douglas. The best thing that happened that day was your prayer with me.
Thank you for the kind review.
The SSA system is designed to make you give up. Don't give up, call The Law Center For Social Security Disability. Gary Jones and his team proved to be hardworking professionals, but more than that, they care about their clients. They took my case when others wouldn't and they helped me understand every step of the process. My case was complicated and took years, until I finally got help from Gary Jones and his team. I cannot recommend them highly enough, just talk with them and you will see what I mean.
Answered my questions and then some great lawyers. I will be hiring them
Mr. Jones and his staff were very professional and committed to provide prompt return to questions that arose during my case and guidance during my process with social security. I recommend his services for social security disability.
Thank you Tim, I am pleased that we obtained a favorable outcome in your Disability case. It makes me very happy when my clients receive the benefits needed to care for themselves and family.
Mr. Jones made navigating the hell that is the Social Security Administration easy for me. And when it came time for business with the Court, he more than earned his pay. He's also friendly and quite understanding. His legal aide Theetta is razor-sharp smart with a wonderful sense of humor and pride in her work. When you get to the point where you need an attorney to fight for you...he's right here.
Thank you for your kind words DL. I am glad that we could take some of the weight off your shoulders. I am very fortunate to have Theetta, she is a life saver for myself and clients.
I hired Gary Jones years back when I was first denied for disability. And boy am I thankful I did! The process was smooth once he took over. We went into the hearing and I was so nervous. But he reassured me that I would be fine and we would get through it. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. My case luckily didn’t take near as long as some. But I knew I was in good hands. I have referred a few people to him. And they too have had great outcomes! Thank you so much, Gary Jones and staff!
Thank you for the review and the referrals. Theetta and I are very excited when our clients win. Now you have the needed benefits to care for yourself.
Thanks James! I try to listen to my clients and present the best case possible to the Judge!
I reached out to this law firm. Set up a prompt in-person meeting to explain my situation. They seemed optimistic about my case and quickly signed on to be my representation and then completely ghosted me. My case was time sensitive, and I reached out multiple times to their office to speak to my lawyer to proceed. Their office representation/secretary repeatedly told me over multiple weeks and months that my representation was unavailable or out of the office and they'd leave a message. But I would never get a callback. Week after week. The same thing every time. Finally, I verbally gave them a week to call me back or I would drop them and move on, and still no call. Extremely unprofessional. Even if you didn't want my case, that's fine, but the professional thing to do would inform me ASAP so I wouldn't have wasted so much precious time
Kinda with out a vehicle or reliable transportation at the moment, lacking funds it the inability to access better resources..so I haven't visited this place as I have been making calls and emails to whom I thought could or would possibly help for mistakes, wrongs needed made right Thx, Csd213
I can make appointments with people by phone or in person. I try to make it as convenient as possible.
I never represented this person, so it is unknown why he left this review.
Very nice and dod a great. 🌟🌟🌟
Thank you for a positive response. So happy that you got a Fully Favorable decision and now have the means to support yourself. Godspeed!
Mr. Jones and Ms. Theda we very professional and informative. NO question I had was left unanswered by either Ms. Theda or Mr. Jones. I recommend his office to all my friends and ppl I know that are needing professional, prompt informative services dealing with SSI Disablility. Thank you for everything u have done for me. TWO THUMBS UP FOR SURE!!
Glad that we could answer your questions. We know that many law offices just tell a person that they cannot help. So, we try to tell a person why they have a good case or a bad case. We want people to know the "Why" behind a decision, even if in the end we cannot help the person.
Gary was very knowledgeable and explained the details about my case when other lawyers would not. I really appreciate all his help and I definitely recommend him if you want a knowledgeable lawyer. Thanks again Gary.
Glad we could answer your questions. Call if you need something else.
Hell no they won't take cases where they got to actually do their job only to win only ones that are already won
I take cases based on the person's age, education, work history and how well an individual's medical problems are documented. I also consider whether the person is actually elegible for DIB or SSI based on Social Securitie's criteria. For many of the items listed here, the potential client did not present a case that I thought was winnable. When this occurs I think it is better to tell the person my opinion rather than fill the person with false hope and have them lose 12 months down the road. I think that being honest with a client is the best way for me to perform my job. I am sorry that this individual had what he considers to be a bad experiance.
