Dropped the case before it even started. I explained my contact was all by text messages due to a hearing impairment an ADA disability. I was sent documents that would not open after i was sick in bed a full week caused by exhaustion. I tried to sign these documents but the did not open. I was reluctant on hiring a lawyer because of my hearing impairment and chose this attorney in hopes i will get the workers comp im due. It seems that he just fell into my fears of someone who was not strong enought to stick with me. In response im not fustrated but it shows the vow you took as an attorney means nothing to you. You did not uphold justice ypu turned your back on it. The exhaustion that finally put me down for a week is from the hell this comp case cost me. You as far as im concerned your not a reliable lawyer and not upholding justice but selling out to it. You forget your outh your legal contract to fight for justice. It is shame you could also earned another worth 2.5 million. I want a lawyer that will fight by my side and for justice. You failed your outh to practice law!

This firm is run by professionals. They don't do the small talk, they are very straightforward and to the point. They will do their job granted you cooperate with what they ask you for. I had a case and was asked a bunch of times for new information kevin needed but it ended up working in my favor. I won my case, and even after I won Kevin fought and he got me more than I anticipated.

Kevin has fortunately helped me reach a settlement I am satisfied with. He has helped me years ago and I came back to him after I was seriously injured at my job that didn't care.
