This was especially important as I was vetting the practice remotely from NY. Mitch was extremely responsive and was able to be reached directly on the very first contact. Concurrent communications with him was via text directly. Although he declined to take my son's case for 4 reasons that he stated. I felt that Mitch appeared to be honest and spoke with condor. Unfortunately, these are two personal qualities that are hard to find with legal professionals these days. Additionally, the rate that he quoted me was reasonable. I don't anticipate having the need for a traffic attorney again but if needed I would definitely consider engaging with Mitch again.
