I dont usually leave reviews but couldn’t let this opportunity pass. Mr. O’Brien and his staff couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. Their service and kindness far exceeded my expectations. I was approved for Long Term Disability within 4 months of the application being submitted. They were always quick to respond with any questions I had and more than anything, they were kind and always offered words of encouragement when I was at my lowest. This is from Carla or Miss Carla as Charlene calls me. Everyone at this law firm helped me sooooo much. They are incredible!! I really wanted to give up after the second denial and they wouldn’t let me haha. I was very frustrated that I couldn’t get the amount of pain that I was in across to the right people.. and Mr. O’Brien said to hang in there .. they would help. And that they did!! A long journey but a great ending and reviews does matter I started off with Mr O’Brien 1/2024 with my SSDI claim we had our first phone consultation and he accept me.Immediately his team hit the ground running Ms Charlene was constantly in contact with me inform me what she needed she call me monthly maybe even 2 times when I had concerns she would answer if she couldn’t she would reach out to Tracy and say I call you back may not be today but I will call you back and she did. Ms Charlene you get more stars then I can put on here my new best friend I was approve today on my first initial application and I owe it to this law firm and Ms Charlene and never let anybody tell you don’t need attorney your initial application it’s not true you need one .
