If you want a subpar firm hire this firm. If you sign a retainer with the work outlined in the retainer they will ask you for more money if the tasks you retained them for exceeds a few extra emails. If you don't send them more money they will stop responding and say they didn't get your email. Initially, if you sign a retainer and fund it with the work outlined in the retainer and they don't do the work the retainer it is non refundable. Yes you read that right. You pay them to perform work they don't do, you ask for a refund they tell you it's non refundable. After a few nasty back and forth emails they came to their senses and refunded me a portion of the retainer back. Hire a firm that is driven by passion to win not money motivated. Believe it or not I settled the case myself without the help of this firm. Sad sad firm
