It is to my understanding that the insurance, and everyone involved for a no-fault workman's comp case; you will have to do everything you can yourself (finding your own doctors, documenting why things are denied). Do not rely on the case manager or Insurance adjuster, maybe the lawyer as well. With that being said, finding a good lawyer can be troublesome of you do not understand the RedFlags that may come to pass in doing so. To the point, my experience with the Office of Alice A. Strömbom was met with respect and courteous one would expect in a manner deemed appropriate for one in need of a lawyer. I have been shopping around for a Workmans Comp Lawyer for a long time. 50 plus calls over a year. The intake officer trying to take 30min each is troublesome and were auto skipped. Note. They document you if you do this as possibly a troublesome client. Do not give up, keeping looking. Ignore the questionable doxing methods or use them as a RedFlag reminder of possible unethical practices. It is a common practice to document your target audience(telemarketing). A reminder to be cautious of what information you let on about yourself. Back to the point. Kayla understood this value and understood the RedFlag that occurs with it. That being said, I was listened to and not bullied into some quota nonsense bordering ethical questions of Malpractice. A lawyer can keep things privy to themselves, the intake officers are most likely not required to do so. Alice spent a lot of time explaining the situation to me. Approximately 45 minutes and time is money. It is a red flag if you do not listen to the Lawyer, the same if a Lawyer does not listen to the client. She was to the point, and articulated words clearly to me, showing a proper experience in communication. I was accepted as a client from our conversation. Keep in mind not all cases are worth the headache and time. A reminder to understand the medical injury as some misunderstandings may occur. In my case a fractured femur, which usually has a plate attached on the outside. I have nails in my knee and a rod in my thigh bone. Big difference of what a usual broken femur incurs. A good notation. If you were taken to the emergency room from a no-fault claim. Please do tell your PTP / Lawyer about it. Back to the point. I was immediately asked to handle paperwork, and in return within a few days I received paperwork to move forward in my workman's comp no fault case. Very impressive. Now I can move forward and relax a bit as someone else can deal with the headache I was dealing with. It is to be noted, doctors and nurses may treat you differently after being represented. A whole entirely different political mess involving billings that you would want a lawyer for. You want your case to be represented by someone professional and with experience. More importantly quick to do paperwork. Someone like Alice A. Strömbom.

I recently had my case resolved and closed, with a tidy settlement, from a work injury over 6 years ago with The State, if I hadn’t come to Alice A. Well, let’s just say I’d probably be dealing with my pain and suffering and no way to really pay for it through sports medicine, and anything else that might accrue through the years.
