If you are a federal employee, I can’t recommend Mr. Lundstet enough. He is very experienced. He will play devils advocate with you until you are certain what you want and then he will go after that. Straight-shooter and prices are a pittance for the quality of counsel.

I was in a battle with my employer that claimed I had committed gross misconduct at the work place for losing my security clearance. During the appeals process the Department of labor sent me a notice that all hearings had been cancelled and removed my appeal from the calendar. This meant I had won my case and would be able to collect unemployment. Sadly this was not the case and the hearing went on without me which was an immediate loss of benefits and my appeal. I decided to reach out to the Dansicker law firm because they were based out of Towson and I felt they had probably dealt with cases from my employer before. Mr Lundstedt secured compensation for me from a discrimination and retaliation complaint I had against my most recent employer. All was said and done within about three and a half months. He was very attentive to my communication even though I was a bit annoying, I’m sure. My only complaint about the process would be my communication with the paralegal at the office. I could tell by their responses that they were annoyed with my emails. My communication with Mr Lundstedt was completely the opposite though. Many people think of lawyers in a negative light, however my experience with Mr Lundstedt was completely the opposite. He was very understanding and compassionate in his responses to me. I would definitely recommend Mr Lundstedt if you have an employment related issue that you need legal representation for.

Don't waste your money. Andreas Lundstedt dropped the ball, and did absolutely nothing for me, but collect his check. Worthless service! He'd never pick up a phone to call me.

The lawyer was laughing the entire time and had no intention on assisting me further. Told me it was clear retaliation and I was clear I needed further representation. Did not get it. It was a brush off and took me for 400 dollars. Smh
