Was referred by my financial advisor that this was the place to go for wills, estate planning, trusts, etc. Was in the market for wills and powers of attorney for my wife and I. Once I got a call from them I briefly explained what I was looking for and that I knew very little about any of it. What I received was zero information regarding their products, options, things to consider etc, and instead was just given their price of wills/PoA for my wife and I and she said nothing more. And I mean nothing. If I didn't know better, I'd say she couldn't have cared less if I were a client or not. Zero information, zero interest, zero personality. So, I'll be happy to spend my $$$ and build a relationship somewhere else where I'm sure their will is just as good as yours.

The Angela N. Manz Law Firm is an excellent place to have your Estate Plan created. Our attorney was Ashley Brookes and what a pleasure she was to work with. Very witty and sincere. I "can't and no", is not in her vocabulary. We had an issue with one of the Hampton Roads cities and they tried to make it difficult for us. She"s like an english bulldog, when she grabs on there's no letting go until she has accomplished her goal. She is also very creative in making things work. She accomplished her goal with that city. If you're looking for someone to handle your Trust, look her up, you will be glad you did.

I'm an attorney, but not licensed to practice in Virginia. My father had recently passed and left some IRA certificates at a Federal Credit Union (FCU) in Virginia Beach without a designated beneficiary. This FCU refused to transfer ownership of the IRAs to his surviving spouse, i.e., my 90+ year old mother. Attorney L. I CANNOT recommend Angela Manz office. We wanted help getting Medicaid and several thousands of dollars later, we said we can't afford it anymore. Be warned, they'll organize their paperclips and charge you, mention your name to someone else in the office and charge you, clarify an asked and answered question and charge you. If you like being nickled and dimed, give them your card number.
