A family member was in a jam and we needed help in Ohio. Originally, the plan was to have that person figure it out on their own. Instead, as an attorney, an issue was found and the court assigned attorney wasn’t willing to raise the issue found. Upon a recommendation from a mutual friend, Ben came in clutch. He got moving right away and helped us out majorly. His demeanor and respect amongst the legal community had a serious felony case dismissed in excellent legal work — both the soft skills of reading the prosecutor and the judge and the hard skills of legal acumen got us the results that should have come. His fees were beyond reasonable. As a fellow attorney licensed in PA, I have seen and heard of fees far higher for comparable charges that achieve far worse results. Anyone who is able to hire Ben is hiring a great attorney who will fight the fights with class and dignity.

The worst attorney I have ever hired in my life. Prioritized Child predators over me. Pushed all my court dates back because everyone else was more important. Would not come see me in jail because “thats not how this works”. Wanted guns as payment. Was 2 hours late to court because he was on a zoom call with another client (again prioritizing others). Maybe you will have better luck with him but my experience was horrible. The only good thing is his secretary Brennah, very sweet lady

Had a scheduled appt, called in as the appt asked me to on time. Only to be told the attorney is “too busy” this week he’s in the middle of a jury trial “that’s on break”. I asked why wasn’t I called and informed so I didn’t miss work as I had scheduled my time off around d this call. I was told “we have been too busy this morning” to call you and let you know we are not available today. I said too busy and the response was yes too busy making other phone calls. Would recommend seeking others for your legal services as it’s obvious to me this firm doesn’t care for you or your legal needs. And this was for a real estate contract dispute. There was no attempt on your behalf to reschedule, I showed up for our scheduled appt and told you weren’t available. If, such presidency takes place you should have been prepared in advance and knew you would not have been available and contacted me, you did not. You are correct, we are not your client as this was our initial meeting for us to become your client.
