This Lawyer the only good thing about him is he always is answering your questions, until the money is in his pocket , after that he always going to be busy to reply important matters in your case, only thing going to do it is put you in worse position . If I could give more stars, I would! I utilized Ben Perez for my son’s adoption involving termination of biological father’s rights across state lines. Prior to speaking with Ben, I had been given multiple estimates where I just felt hopeless and thought “how can it cost this much money to adopt my own child?”.. Well, it doesn’t. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and HONEST with us from the very beginning. This process went smoothly, however, he was very upfront about potential hiccups caused from being involved in a court process therefore providing us with a realistic timeline. From someone who thought they’d have to fight incredibly hard and spend an insane amount of money to give my son the father he deserved, Ben proved us wrong and helped us start a truly beautiful chapter!
