I hired Bruce Blaylock to represent me in an auto accident that I was in. Dealing with the whole aspect of the situation, as well as taking care of my injuries, was extremely overwhelming. However, Dan Shaivitz was assigned to my case, and he and his team were extremely competent and dedicated to making sure that my personal injury case was resolved. I hired attorney Bruce Blaylock to help me after I was in a car accident. I am very glad that I hired him. He and attorney Meg Rosan treated me very respectfully. One thing in particular that I liked was that any time, anytime I called with a question, my telephone call was always returned and my question answered. They never made me feel like I was being a burden or that they did not want to talk or were too busy. I am sure they have a lot of cases, but they were always just so nice and available. They were also informative. I truly understood each part of the process as I was going through it, because it was always explained thoroughly to me. And I absolutely do NOT give up on cases in the way you have described. <br><br>So I do not think your review is fair to write since you have NEVER been my client and have never even met me.<br><br>At the same time, I am concerned you may have had some interaction with our firm that you were not happy with. <br><br>Every time someone asks me to represent them in a new case, I need to analyze whether I think the case could be won. And unfortunately, that means I sometimes have to tell nice people things they do not want to hear. But one of the reasons people trust me is that they know I will speak honestly about their situation, including both the strengths and weaknesses of their case. <br><br>Sometimes when I decline a case, a person may think I am just being – as you wrote in your review - “lazy”. “Laziness” is not the reason I do not take a case. I was first referred to Bruce A. Blaylock after my car was hit by another car and I needed ongoing care toward recovery. He has been there for me over the years whenever I needed him.
