Respresenting child, maybe Cara should meet them... after 8 months, it took the foster parent to reach out, multiple timesz to finally speak with her. Cara acts like she cares, on the phone, about the kids but does nothing when in court. Sent her 'team' which allows kids to go back into broken homes. Foster system in Luzerne county is broken and Cara does not help.
